Canva calls the launch its biggest product evolution since 2013. That is a company description, not an independent performance measurement. It is fair to report the claim. It is not fair to turn it into a guaranteed productivity result.

A scheduled task requires the account to have access to the workflow, the relevant connector to remain authorised and the task to have enough information to run. It also needs a review path when the source content changes or the output contains an error.

Do not treat “runs in the background” as “publishes without supervision.” A production team should decide which steps can be automated and which require approval. A social post, client presentation or sales message can be generated on schedule and still require a human check before release.
