How to Apply — Step by Step

Go to wbmsc.gov.in during the announced admission window. The application link opens seasonally — usually from November to January for the next academic year.

Step 2: Register and Fill the Application

  • Create an account using your mobile number and Aadhaar

  • Choose your preferred coaching centre location
  • Enter personal and academic details accurately

Step 3: Upload Documents

Upload scanned copies of all required documents in the specified format. Ensure all files are clear and below the size limit shown on the portal.

Step 4: Submit and Note Reference Number

Submit the completed application and note down your reference/application number. You will receive an SMS confirmation on your registered mobile number.

Step 5: Merit List and Admission

  • A merit list is published on the portal based on Class 10 marks and category
